So when you click on display you get a window that allows you to changes the DPI or the size of text and other items. As you can see I have it set to a custom level. On the left habd side you get access to adjust the resolution and change dislay settings.
Clicking on either adjust resolution or change display settings brings up the same window. This window looks quite different from Vista's. I have a dual monitor setup so that's why I have 2 displays listed there.
